Our Return & Exchange Promise
We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Safety Toe Boots and Safety Toe Shoes that show signs of wear
- Soft Toe Boots that have been worn outdoors
- Any work gear with removed safety tags or altered safety features
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Initiate your request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our warehouse (address provided in approval email)
- Receive confirmation when we process your return (typically within 3 business days of receipt)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item after receiving your return.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
