Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Cost: $12.95
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Return Policy Details

We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Must include original packaging with all accessories
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Safety Toe Boots and Safety Toe Shoes that show signs of wear
  • Soft Toe Boots that have been worn outdoors
  • Any work gear with removed safety tags or altered safety features

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate your request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse (address provided in approval email)
  5. Receive confirmation when we process your return (typically within 3 business days of receipt)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item after receiving your return.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
